Statement of NET4GAS on the Decision of the Office for the Protection of Competition

NET4GAS is a participant in the administrative proceedings at the Office for the Protection of Competition (UOHS) concerning the connection of the SPP Storage underground gas storage facility. In those proceedings the UOHS has issued a decision imposing on NET4GAS a fine in the amount of CZK 10 million. The decision is not yet in legal force. NET4GAS will be filing an appeal against the UOHS decision and if necessary use other available legal means to protect its interests.
