Public Consultation: Amendment No. 1 to the VIP Agreement for VIP Brandov - GASPOOL
In accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30th April 2015 establishing Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange Rules (“NC INT”), NET4GAS launches a public consultation on:
The consulted excerpt contains contractual provisions which are related to the new physical interconnection point „Deutschneudorf EUGAL Brandov” and its incorporation into the virtual interconnection point VIP Brandov – GASPOOL.

Public Consultation: Grid Connection Agreement to be concluded for the new Grid Connection Point Brandov –EUGAL
In accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30th April 2015 establishing Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange Rules (“NC INT”), NET4GAS launches a public consultation on the proposed text of certain excerpts from the following Documents:
- Grid Connection Agreement
between NET4GAS, s.r.o., Fluxys Deutschland GmbH, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH, Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH and ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH (“GCA”) for the Grid Connection Point Brandov – Deutschneudorf EUGAL (“GCP”); - Annex 1 to the GCA;
- Annex 5 to the GCA;
The consulted excerpts contain contractual provisions which are related to procedures for management natural gas transmission operations (incl. nominations and matching process) and communication in exceptional events (in line with Article 10 of NC INT) for the GCP.
The applicable rules for the matching process and for the allocation of gas quantities were part of the public consultation held in connection with an establishment of a virtual interconnection point (VIP) at the German-Czech border and will therefore not be consulted in the present consultation. The mentioned consultation was held from 14th November 2018 to 14th January 2019, see under the following links below:

Public consultation: Amendment of the Grid Connection Agreement Brandov
In accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange Rules (NC INT), NET4GAS launches a public consultation on:
The subject of these contractual changes is to set procedures for management of cross-border Natural Gas transmission operations (incl. nominations and matching) taking place at the Grid Connection Point Brandov after implementation of the VIP Brandov-GASPOOL and for communication in exceptional events in line with Article 10 of NC INT.
Network Users are invited to comment on the attached contractual provisions concerning the nomination and matching process, the allocation of gas quantities and the communication procedure in case of exceptional events and send their comments to capacitybooking@net4gas.cz until 26 April 2019.

The subject of this agreement is to set procedures for management of cross-border Natural Gas transmission operations (incl. nominations and matching) taking place at the VIP Waidhaus-NCG and communication in case of exceptional events in line with Article 10 of NC INT.
Network Users are invited to comment on the attached contractual provisions concerning the nomination and matching process, the allocation of gas quantities and the communication procedure in case of exceptional events and send their comments to capacitybooking@net4gas.cz until 24 February 2019.
Public consultation: VIP Agreement and Amendments of the Interconnection Agreements at VIP Brandov-GASPOOL
In accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange Rules (NC INT), NET4GAS launches a public consultation on:
- VIP Agreement at VIP Brandov-GASPOOL point,
- Addendum no. 3 to the Grid Connection Agreement (GCA) Brandov-STEGAL,
- Side Letter no. 4 to the Grid Connection Agreement Olbernhau II,
- Addendum no. 2 to the Interconnection Agreement Hora sv. Kateřiny (direction Germany) and
- Addendum no. 2 to the Interconnection Agreement Hora sv. Kateřiny (direction Czech Republic).
The subject of these contractual changes is to set procedures for management of cross-border Natural Gas transmission operations (incl. nominations and matching) taking place at the VIP Brandov-GASPOOL and communication in exceptional events in line with Article 10 of NC INT.
