CAMS
CAMS (Capacity Management System) is a commercial system providing commercial balancing of the Czech Republic’s gas system and communication with related entities.
The key function of the CAMS system is the on-line capacity booking for all interconnection points except border points that are available on auction booking platforms, to provide overview of all contracts, to accept nominations, perform matching and confirm nominations and, further, set allocations of deliveries and offtakes. In the CAMS system NET4GAS publishes issued invoices. The CAMS system provides available and technical capacity values as well as additional information which is published on NET4GAS’ extranet.
The access to the system is secured by the help of a web interface format. The communication safety and unequivocal identification of a balancing entity is secured by a multifactor authentication.
